Almora: When Swami Ji returned to Almora after his fame at the Chicago World Religion Conference after seven years, not only did he recognize the watchman in the ceremony held in his honour but called in the forum and said that
“If they had not been brothers, today they would not have been Vivekananda either.”
Dhari village: reached the railway station of Kathgodam on 29 December 1900, came to Dhari village on 30 December, where he took rest at night.
Paharpani: On 31st December 1900, Paharpani took a night’s rest at a tea shop.
Mornaula: In January 1, 1901, Mornaula amidst unmatched natural beauty.
Dhunaghat: On 2 January 1901, he stopped at Dhunaghat.
Mayawati: On January 3, 1901, he reached the Shakti Punj of Mayawati near Lohaghat.
Kasar Devi: Meditation in this picturesque hill.
Devaldhar: Writing, correspondence as well as horse riding were done at this place.
